     ·  De fiecare dată când ajung în Cluj‑Napoca, aleg cu drag să mă cazez la Hotel Cristal. Este un loc în care mă întorc mereu cu plăcere: camere foarte curate, o atmosferă primitoare și o echipă de oameni extrem de amabili. Iar micul dejun este mereu delicios și pregătit cu grijă. Mulțumesc pentru ospitalitate și pentru sentimentul de „acasă” pe care îl oferiți de fiecare dată!

     ·  Totul a fost ok, singura problema este geamul de la camera a lasat de dorit. Nu se inchide perfect si toate zgomotele de afara, inclusiv cand vorbesc 2 oameni sa auzit. Trebuie verificate chedarele geamului. Nu te puteai odihni . Rwstul este super. Doar in ziua cazarii la receptie a fost o tanara care nu prea avea chef....dar am fost intelegatori ca este tanara. La micul dejun a fost o tanara foarte ok, foarte amabila. Multumim oricum. Si mai revenim. Am facut deja rezervare.

     ·  Good location, nice staff, nice room, good breakfast, ironing possibility.
     ·  When entering the room, the cleaning material's strong smell was not pleasant (too much chemical!!). I would need instructions about the heating panel, I could not set the needed temperature for the night. Room temperature and blanket together were too warm. I had a bathtub, I prefer a shower cabin (it is warmer).
